Hmmm...without thinking about it carefully and refining the questions to get questions in the best possible form, maybe break the questions up into mini questions...without doing that, these are some of the thigns i might ask them, -personal questions- Simon: would ask about all the alleged infidelities he supposedly has with females while on tour, and what he thinks about all the fans who post stories about him doing so on the internet. Nick: might ask about his hair, or ask if he is gay/bi. John: questions about his failed solo career--some club gigs couldn't even get like 30 people, i heard... and you will hear the follwing question very loudly SECURITY! SECURITY! WHERE THE f___ IS SECURITY???!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

As you've all probably guessed, I have a dozen questions I'd want to ask them about the whole Andy kerfluffle, but I'm sure their lawyers would shoot down all of them! And they'd probably not want to talk about it anyway.
I would love to know if Simon really spent the holidays with Andy's family in Ibiza...

John's claimed that one of the reasons he didn't stay away from drugs was that he was unaware of 'the pitfalls'. I'd ask him, if he HAD been aware, would that have dissuaded him or would he have thought - as so many young people do - that addiction and death wouldn't happen to him? And whether he thinks the current crop of young, brilliant, addicted musicians, etc., are thinking the same way he did...that drugs were what famous people do (the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, the Clash), so why not take them?

"What would you say to the fan that started the "Haunt Them" picture thread!! LOL
I'd get the answer right before they kicked me out on my butt and banned me for life! *snickers

why they act like medazzaland and pop trash do not exist , why the let the label cut off amazing songs like salt in the rainbow or beautiful colors or so many others when reportage will be realese why the fired Warren in that ugly way what they think about China dictating the rules in the world and the UN do nothing about it (Sudan , Congo ,Darfur ,Myanmar, etc) and what will be the next step after RCM

For all of them: Exactly which boards do you lurk on?
Or: If there were no such thing as Duran Duran, what would you be doing? Or, what band would you like to be in?

this is a question i would like to ask a lot of musicians - it's kind of hard to express, but here is an attempt - on American Masters there is an interview with Marvin Gaye. he says something to the effect of - sometimes you develop feelings and the only way to get the feelings off (of you) is to write a song about it.....so i wonder if they identify with that??
also i would want to know what songs they've written that make them cringe, and is it temporary? are they ever emotionally invested in songs? example - if someone dies and you have to go on and play Ordinary World every night - does it freak you out? give you therapy? do we still play Ordinary World? I just remember it as #13, etc.
how important is listening to music? rate it in your activities of daily living....
