What songs did you use for "Milts Mixes"? Never claimed they were my songs nor did I ever try to claim copyright on them. Unlike all the recordings downloaded off of Klaus' site that had "copyright www.duranduran.no" in all the MP3 tags. But sure, go ahead, keep defending Klaus and vilifying Duran Duran. This should not surprise me. Do you even know what a copyright is? |

This is a sad business and no one needs lecturing from either side. Heck, there shouldn't be sides to begin with.
His Wordiness, TheTange, and his following obviously despise DD to incredible levels - why are you still here? Go to the U2 forum or something. Spare us your f-ing condescending babble, please!
RandalGraves et al bashing on a fellow fan (that crossed the line a few times, granted), I applaude you! Those amongst us who haven't been to Klaus site to download or listen to something, cast the first f-ing stone. Please.
This is obviously a copyright issue. And all the record companies are furiously enforcing their legal rights all over the internet as we speak. Klaus was one who could be reached. It's sad, but there you go. Nobody is right and nobody is absolutely wrong either, it's just one of those things. Lets support Klaus as much as we can and lets give DD (the members of the band) the benefit of the doubt.
My two cents. For whatever it's worth.

In a nutshell, I think RCM is far beneath what the band is musically capable of. Sometimes the band makes stupid statements. I don't despise them for it (but thanks for putting words in my mouth). You obviously take great offense to my posts. Why not skip over them if they bother you that much? |
