It wasn't a big blowup or anything, Andy just ran into Roger when they were both at a Who concert not long after the split. Simon was apparently there as well, but according to Andy, Simon made himself scarce as soon as he saw that Andy was there. Roger and Andy chatted amiably enough but Andy said he realized while they were talking that they no longer had anything in common and in his words were 'no longer friends'. They shook hands at parting and promised to stay in touch. Andy hasn't heard from him since. It's all in the new chapter that's in the latest paperback version of his book.
As for Roger not visiting Andy while he's in Ibiza - I can imagine that very, very easily, since Roger's there to DJ, and he's going to be busy with that while he's there. I imagine it'd be pretty easy for him to avoid Andy, just as he avoided him the other times he's been there to DJ, and just as Simon's avoided him the times he's been vacationing in Ibiza with his family. It's not hard to avoid people you don't want to see.

Ladies, I was joking about Roger meeting Andy -- hence the big (and much maligned) "LMAO's" etc. It would be nice, but I'm not so naieve as to expect such a thing to happen...too many egos involved for rational and mature discussion to take place between these guys from all indications.
Would it be nice? Sure it would. It would nice if I won the Powerball and became rich beyond the dreams of avarice as well.
Actually, THAT would be nicer than Andy and Roger meeting up and resolving their dispute.
