I think it's a great series and raises the issue about how the older generation are being treated in society, something I've experiences with my relatives. Good on Ricky. The critics as always get it wrong again.

really? it's been largely slammed as ridiculously insenstive, not funny and his usual ego trip. I dont like him anyway but think he's jumping on the duran bandwagon! Agree, well apart from it being insensitive which I don't really care about but it was god damn awful and boring to watch. Even the duran stuff was pretty lame that only got a wry smile from me. Gervais is a tit anyway. Decent duran humour worth checking out is Al Murray the pub landlord. He done a sketch for Red Nose Day I believe and in one of his books he described what a musical of duran would be like, made me chuckle, his character hates duran duran.
