In the IDWYL video on YouTube when the lyrics are flashing up at the beginning of the song it says "your" instead of "you're". How have I only just noticed noticed this error after 26 years?

Great catch! I never noticed it either...and I'm a grammar nut! Epic failure to the editing team! At least it's spelled correctly on the title...

Where is this exactly? I'm seeing 'your' a few times in the video and that should be the correct spelling as it pertains to the title/lyrics.

In the beginning, like the screen shot above your post. That particular "your" as used in that line of lyrics is actually a contraction of "you are." Hence the lyric on the screen is incorrectly spelled and should be "you're." In regards to the title of the song, "your" is grammatically correct.

Your is correct. I get upset whenever I read some of the most common words misspelled online. If it were "you're" it would read as "I Don't Want You Are Love" as opposed to "Your" meaning "a form of the possesive case" as in "I love your jacket" or "Can I borrow your car?" "You're" is a contraction of "You Are" as in "You are so awesome" or "You are in need of a dictionary." Another misspelled word is "Lose" as in "Did you lose all your money gambling?" A lot of people spell it "Loose" as in "That sweater fits very loose on me" or "She is very loose and has no respect for herself." Sorry for going on but it's a pet peeve of mine and a lot of people rely on auto-fill way too much.
