Just heard the new Duran Duran record and it's magnificent. A truly confident record, a band totally at ease with who they are. So excited for people to hear it and massive props to Mr Hudson, Mark Ronson, Nile Rodgers and of course Nick, Simon, John and Roger.

Sounds very promising, let's hope some movers and shakers think the same way in terms of the record making an impact!,

I still don't want to expect too much, because like with movies and TV shows I'm looking forward to that cannot possibly deliver, I'll only end up disappointed! I'll expect an average Duran album trying to make current music, and then that way I'll be ecstatic if it's better than that PS - I hope it's better than that!

inevitable leak coming? I hope so...I'll still buy it. I live in Boston. I always catch their Boston, Connecticut and New York shows every tour. They have sataed they don't plan on touring as extensively this time, I am sure they will still hit these three areas though. So excited!

They usually hit New Orleans so I'm hoping they make it here during the next tour.

Here's the information from the Erik Eger Entertainment website:
THREEE is a management company that manages the careers of a select group of highly talented producers, mixers, songwriters, and composers.
About Paul Adams – Beginning as a promoter in his native Manchester, Paul went on to work as a booking agent at the legendary Bron Agency. Since 1993 Paul has been managing record producers, moving to New York in 2001 to head up the NY office of Worlds End and joining Magus Entertainment three years later where he continued to manage producers but also represented Duran Duran amongst others before establishing Bang The Drum in 2012. Paul is also a successful DJ, in 2014 alone spinning events for Rick Rubin, Ringo Starr, the David Lynch Foundation and Communion.
So the album is done and being shopped around to record labels, so I am hopeful that we will get a release date this summer at the latest. <fingers crossed>
