With Andrew Golub’s “Beautiful Colours” book and Nick’s eloquent intro, I was wondering if the band’s own personal archives have been catalogued to such an extensive degree? John expressed surprise in his book with respect to some of the items he found in his parents’ collection, so I was just curious whether the band knows just what they have stored away in the backrooms and warehouses. Shawn from Canada
“Hello Shawn. We have been archiving now for the past couple of years. There is an enormous amount of material to get through, not surprisingly. We very much look forward to having one comprehensive archive and hope to put it up on the Duran Duran website eventually…fingers crossed! The Band”
Would LOVE to see this come to fruition!!

I know that Nick's father was a huge collector and it grew to a size that it required it's own separate building when Nick moved them to their new home years ago...it had outgrown the house. I wonder what he would have collected since he drove the fledgling group around to several places. I asked Katy about Mr. Rhodes collection and all she told me was that said in the first sentence.
