Do you think they will do one and who would you like to see direct?
They got such intense reviews with Akerlund, I'm hoping they can secure him again.

They'll probably invite some supermodels to bugger about in a 9 minute video of mostly interviews, with nano clips of the actual song they're banging on about :-)
Seriously - I don't care about the vid as long as the song grooves, and isn't overproduced.

Agree with heskethbang. As long as the video is only the song itself with no unnecessary distractions, and Duran don't include ridiculous scenes trying to be controversial (seriously those lesbian scenes in Girl Panic made no sense whatsoever), then I don't really care much about the film clip other than that it doesn't embarrass the band.
And I don't think the young kids being introduced to Duran Duran are going to care too much either.
So to answer the question - I'd like to see somebody direct the video who can make Duran Duran look like stylish, classy men in their 50s which they are, and not trying to make them appear young, vibrant, and hip.
Which they never will be again, and haven't been since the 80s which was THEIR time!

I didn't like Girl Panic, Akerlund has done better works with Lady Gaga.
I don't expect an amazing video, even Madonna is not investing much on them.

Black and white notorious style would do. Also since it is probably the follow up to that 1986 album

Alewgro, I think they're referring to follow-up as in the "style" of the music.

Think video. Think soon. Think LA. Think June.
