Maybe by "complete" he just means that the demo would be mixed and mastered properly, not that they would go back and write lyrics and add a new vocal track or add a new whatever track to them...*shrug*

I wonder if something like this will be on the agenda sooner rather than later. Given that the album launch and touring will be over in December (unless I've not yet spotted 2016 dates) will DD take a break to commence work on creating some kind of package? If they do I hope they'll welcome input from fans given it's most likely us that'll buy it, not the public at large. They will be touring the world next year as Paper Gods will be out and they have had time to rehearse them for live shows. No dates have been announced but all of the guys have said they will be touring next year.

Jimmy Page has once and for all closed the Led Zeppelin vaults 35 years after Led Zeppelin ended, he promises there is nothing studio wise left. I hope Duran never ends and I hope we don't have to wait for 35 years after they end to get all the gems! the crazy thing about that was that most of that led zep material had already leaked to fans in the past. i have had an 18cd set of outtakes for ages that had a lot of the same stuff. so i wonder if regarding duran it would be similar. since there has been a lot of demos already surface, i wonder how much is left totally unheard?? of course the led zep stuff did have new and unheard by diehards materials, but most of the stuff people are saying is so great has been around for a long time! the best thing on the 18cd set to me is the raw stripes of WHOLE LOTTA LOVE, RAMBLE ON, HEARTBREAKER and a couple more. so you can hear the drums, guitar, bass and vocals isolated and it sound so sick!! all the guys in led zep were monsters of their instruments! i hope when duran 'open the vault' some insane shit pops out!! funny to talk of led zeppelin. when i was in high school, they were the enemy! LOL a lot has changed since 1982...
