As a lifelong fan, I have to be 100% honest that I'm not that thrilled with the current concert setlist. Anyone else agree?
This is what I would like to see happen....
It's time to retire Come Undone at least temporarily. It's not that I don't like the song. Lets just say if I were at one of the recent shows, this would be where I would go get a beer. My idea is that they should replace Come Undone with either The Seventh Stranger or The Man Who Stole A Leopard...or even better --- alternate between both of these songs every other show.
White Lines -- bye bye! I haven't been excited about this song live since the fab five were performing it. It's time to give it a rest and replace it with either Anyone Out There? or New Moon on Monday.... or even better --- alternate between both of these songs every other show.
I'm also surprised more songs off Paper Gods aren't being thrown into the setlist. It would be great to see Butterfly Girl and Planet Roaring show up some where.
What are your thoughts? Do you think the setlist could use some work?

Mostly agree...my wife is not a fan but enjoys their live shows and she loves White Lines...but like you, I could do without it. Not a huge fan of "Leopard" but I know I am in the minority. Like your suggestions overall...what about including "Nice" once in a while?!?! That seemed to go over well in '05-'06...would also love to hear more off the new album but they seem hypersensitive to the casual fans and want to play a lot of the hits...

I agree. I would happily never hear White Lines again. Come Undone live is boring (and that's from someone who adores the song). I would also rest Ordinary World as it's been done to death. How about Do You Believe In Shame, My Antarctica or Perfect Day instead?
Would love to hear New Moon, Anyone Out There, Liberty, To The Shore, Seventh Stranger, Vertigo, Palomino. Just something DIFFERENT!

There have always been complaints about the setlist. It's too stale. At this point, DD could show much appreciation for their long term fans by giving them something new and different. Why not introduce a couple of b-sides, or songs rarely played live?
I would gladly give up the hits for more deep catalog songs. DD change with each album, why not change the setlist (already)?

I really think they should bring back, "Electric Barbarella". It's the only song from GREATEST that gets neglected. Quintessential Duran Duran for me.

I'd like to see then bring back Careless Memories and Friends of Mine. Always hoped they would do Of Crime and Passion and My Own Way, but I know they hate MOW...that bassline though?

I like upbeat shows. Drop Come Undone, White Lines & Danceophobia. Add Butterfly Girl, Face For Today and Careless Memories plus 3 more deep cuts. Setlist is too short. Do instrumental version of Too Close to The Sun so Simon can get a break and drink some tea.
