Hey Stutube... if possible, can you give a brief synopsis again of the work you're doing and how it's being put out there? Just for those of us who have been following along, but missed some of the specifics along the way! Certainly. I'm glad you've asked because although my method of what I call remastering or what is essentially sound shaping. The 2 programs i use are Nero Wave Editor & AVS Audio Editor What I do with this was to firstly is convert my audio files into 32 bit @ 96khz audio (some people question whether this makes any difference...I think it makes a BIG difference). Then i open the files in Wave Editor & add a band extraplotion filter, something I do with every track,it seems to pick up the frequency range & add clarity. Then if it's quite a loud recording I use the eq to shape the sound to sound nice, once saved it will have reduced the sound levels,so the volume is increased & a 2nd round of eq is used but the octave range on each frequency is usually set to between 0.3 & 0.5 for the sake of fine tuning. Then if I'm still not happy i will run any tracks that need super fine tuning, through AVS Audio Editor, here tracks can be adjusted volume & eq wise in 0.1 db increments. Then after all this I edit the beginning & end of each track. This what I had to do with the whole album,1 track at a time. Personally,I think it's worth all the time & effort when the results are good but it's made even better now by being able to share these with other Duranoraks! Hope I didn't ramble too much & that I've answered you're question I'd usually decline to say what my method is but as I ain't gonna live forever (and i am looking into it) I feel I should share my method so that other people can have a go at doing tracks up in a similar way Stu

I'd also like to hear one of the 2003 concerts. I had actually pre-ordered one, but tired of the delays in the schedule I ended up cancelling the pre-order... Try this
