Yes! We are 'done' with two new great parts to our project. Tim and I hope you will like our latest efforts and please let us know what you think or when you have any feedback. Also a big thanx to Peter Brinkhof for joining us and contributing some great scans. We will be off the radar for a few weeks and start on the next part after that. Enjoy the new updated PDF! Version number 3 is now up for download! Download link we.tl/yFhuKoGtEIFacebook page is also updated: www.facebook.com/DuranDuranClubArchive8189/As a couple of notes for this version - We've changed the project's email address, as Microsoft kept on claiming that there were problems & blocking access - if anyone contacted via that & didn't get a reply then we're really sorry. & we know that there are some consistency issues with how the Xmas cards are shown, but there wasn't time to deal with them & get something out today - as the last day any work could be done on it for at least a couple of weeks. [Edit] Oh, & yes, many thanks Peter.

Looks stunning again Pierre! Not to detract one iota from Pierre's design skills, but almost all of the elements are, to a greater or lesser extent, collaborative between the two of us.
Well, i write the draft text & do the scanning & measure stuff (save, thus far, contributions from yourself Peter - & temp images we've had to pinch from elsewhere of course), & Pierre comes up with initial designs for the cover, contents & item pages, & then we fight (mostly metaphorically - or rather it's obviously not personal) over the details until we get to a point that we can both live with... ...& if that means me rewriting or rescanning stuff or Pierre altering things to get there then that's what it takes.
Anyway, quite probably it's just lack of sleep & so being slightly oversensitive, as i'm still awake from yesterday, but this cover happens to be an element which i had a reasonably high level of input in vs the original draft - though, beyond providing a scan to resolve a functional issue, obviously it was Pierre who translated the alt ideas & necessary changes into what it now is...
...but i also wouldn't want anyone to wrongly assume that Pierre's role is solely limited to the design side, as he's equally prepared to 'give me what for' if he's not happy with something i've done (& rightly so of course); & hence a key reason why all of the item notes are phrased as 'we' - as there's equally shared ownership of the project irrespective of which of us did any specific thing.

Hey, My apologies! I didn't want to let you think i only credited Pierre! I know it is a mutual thing. It was more like he uploaded the image that made me mention his name. Not to spend too many words on this to distract from the genius project.
It looks stunning and i can't wait for the next update guys! ;-)

Tim your ideas, input and critical feedback are invaluable and makes the project better and better every time we update
