Are you sure about that. I bought one a few months ago, and was going to look into it further as I have a CED player. (I got the US NTSC version):
www.discogs.com/Duran-Duran-Duran-Duran/release/11126790It also has the Planet Earth (Medley) on it:
My CED player isn't working, so i couldn't check to see what it was.
Also, when I asked the seller, they didn't know either.
It's still a mystery (I posted this in the collectors section when I had it).
I figure someone out there (anyone out there) would know.

i have never checked myself (& i'm not going to buy a player for this one CED) but, whilst i can't recall who told me, my long term understanding is that it's no different to every other release.
(bar any variance in pre-'film' codes & titles of course)
Now, i believe that it's fairly clear was that it wasn't a day one release in the UK - since, along with the press release only talking about VHS & Betamax versions... ...it's at a mid-point in the ratings.
So, the original VHS & small box Beta releases were unrated...
...the (later) Laserdisc was unrated...
...the CED then has a formal 15 rating printed on the back - which i don't believe any other UK version has...
…& i then have a later large box Beta version where formal 18 rating stickers were added to the spine & back of the inlay, prior to sale.
(which is the rating which then carried over into Decade & Greatest in the UK)
[NB i could probably find the original article with loads of hunting, but the gist of how it became rated was a complaint made to WH Smith (& one of the tabloids) by the mother of a teenage girl who was horrified at the disgusting nature of the thing.]
Anyway, beyond the rating & a bit of company info, the labels for the UK & US CEDs are the same - so, unless i was given duff info, i believe that it's an error that crept in when redesigning the overall layout for the CED...
...however, whether it's literally a typo or whether there was some much earlier point where it wasn't decided that the whole thing would be a medley (as there's cross over between the videos of course), i wouldn't like to guess.
