You'll have to give all of us outside of the US a running commentary I'm afraid... Clear Channel won't allow us to listen

Well he did not say anything that we did not already know.
He talked about Timberlake etc. A brief mention on Andy and how they have to now go back and re-record. They talked about Juicy for a bit. He said they will play in California hopefully soon.
Did anyone else catch anything?
I was hoping for a bit more, but hey.

I didn't hear the interview - but some who did are saying John mentioned the album would be released in a few months..... which would go against what Klaus has on his site regarding September.

I didn't hear any mention of a release date or the fact that they were specifically re-recording Andy's work, just that they were still working on the album. He said, after talking about Andy's departure, "Now we have to go back into the studio with a new guitarist." Slightly paraphrased, but that was the gist of it. The California mention was in response to the DJs asking if they were going be playing anytime soon. He said "definitely," then laughed and said "famous last words," then revised it and said "hopefully."

Hmmmm.
Well, they could either be using the new guitarist to do new songs that Andy didn't get a chance to do, or they're going to re-record Andy's work and take his contributions off the album.
I hope they don't replace Andy's work, guess we'll just have to see-thanks for the update!
