More piccies! More stories! Pleeeeease!
Last night, I watched some eppies of Dexter and stayed up really late. I kept looking at the clock under the TV and saying to myself: "The Wig just finished....They're all tipsy now...ok, now they're totally drunk and trying to figure out which way to the hotel or to food..."

Yes, where are all the pictures? I don't want any lame excuses like you are still 1000 miles away from home.

Sheila - thank you so so so much; please pass that along to everyone else who helped. It was great getting to meet so many people. Sorry - I didn't take my camera to the event; didn't want to keep up with it all night. I know there are still some folks in NYC but there were tons of photos being snapped so I'd watch this space over the next few days.

What happened after I left? I had to split right after the band finished.

Nothing to much, Sheila did the raffle and I played some music till 3. All were drunk till the night hour..LOL
I agree with Vmh, Anthony was great, what a nice guy. I loved the bit about the generated screenames...Johns keeper of toe nail clippings had me rolling.

As far as I'm concerned, Homeless Le Bum can join us on stage any time he likes.
Anthony DeVito was amazing. It was an honor to have him there doing his thing. He wrote exclusive material for the night, and he went down a storm.
I had a fantastic time meeting so many people for the first time, and saying hello to folks I've already met. I tried to say hi to everyone, and if I missed you, I'm sorry. Duran Duran has some of the best looking fans in the world. Not me, of course, but the rest of you - Dy-no-mite!!!
The response to Chekhov's Wig meant a lot to us. We learned a lot last night about what works and what doesn't - We're planning a Wig night at the Baggot Inn next time Duran Duran plays NYC, so we hope we'll see you there. It'll be hard for us to top Saturday's take on "Girls on Film" for raw power. I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did.
