Hi, just coming back from the show. They were the Festival´s closing band, after some local artist, Zoe from Mexico, Seal & Enrique Iglesias today.
The show was amazing & the people went absolutly crazy with the band. I was just in front of them, and they were absolutly on fire in Costa Rica: Simon was in fantastic shape, the best Simon I´ve seen in years (better than in the Astronaut Tour), he was enjoying everything & he said a lot of beautiful things about our country (before Ordinary World he praise that costarricans don´t have an army) and he wave our national flag. John was very into it, and he was teasing the crowd. Roger was very solid, but he lose his rhythm in Planet Earth, Simon put him on track telling Dom to wait a bit. Roger´s Drum solo was amazing. Nick as always, was filming everything & he seem to be happy. The crowd went absolutly nuts, everybody knew the songs and the band was kind of puzzle with that (Well, What Happen Tomorrow was number one for four weeks in this country). For me (I´m 38), I was surprise that a lot of kids were singing the songs and everybody sang Falling Down, the same way as the classics.
Set List; sorry don´t remember exactly the order, it was the greatest hits set & La Guacima (where they play - 22.000 people) went crazy with the band:
Sunrise HLTW Planet Earth RCM Nite Runner The Reflex White Lines Falling Down Come Undone Skin Divers Save a Prayer (Simon screwed the lyrics on this one) Girls on Film A view to a kill Ordinary World Notorious Wild Boys Encore: Rio
That`s it, I`m going to sleep, but I`ll keep posting. What I can tell you right now is that Costa Rica is in Love with this band, I´m sure a lot of people weren´t expecting this kind of show, & the band surprise everything, they gave everything they have, and people notice.
Thanks guys for this concert, Simon, John, Nick and Roger

Otros de los éxitos que tocaron fueron "Notorius", "Girls in film", "Ordinary World" o "The reflex". Los organizadores de la Cervecería Costa Rica estimaron en unas 45.000 las personas que acudieron en los dos días de actividad musical. The britains began their show at 11pm local time,in a fresh and bright night, with SUNRISE,that made dance the millions of people that were waiting for about six hours to listening to them.Another hits were NOTORIOUS,GIRLS ON FILM,ORDINARY WORLD,THE REFLEX.
