Re: the Ped Egg commercial. The 'shavings' are fake. I heard a radio inteview with one of the models, who was part of a group suing the manufacturer for airing the commercial on TV and not paying them (when they shot it they were paid based on Internet airings only). The model also revealed that the callouses, etc., on their feet was all make-up.
Still, even if it's all fake, I'm with you. Ew.

It's hard to tell on the YouTube video, but the shavings definitely looked fake on television. It was like kosher salt or coconut. |

Ouch! That's cruel. Unfortunately, unless it was written down somewhere that the winner received a new "Toyota", I'm pretty sure she lost that case. The promoters probably just shrugged and said, "We said 'toy Yoda', we can't help it if she heard us wrong! Not our fault." Wonder how that case turned out?
