Me and kitty have to leave in an hour for her appointment. I have not told her yet. (they understand more than you think) I was up sick in the middle of the night and I wonder if it is just nerves. Some of my co-workers still think I am crazy (the family always does). I should eat something before I go but I am not that hungry.

If anyone wants to know...my Boo came though her procedure fine. The doc tried to do it without shaving but no luck (her fur was too thick). They shaved her and got a better ultrasound image. We still have to wait for the cardiac specialist to read the results but the vet said only half her heart is bad, the other half is completely normal (whew!) and that the diameters of both her one ventricle and atrium are not too out of measurement with each other. The walls of her heart are very thick and that's a huge worry. Once we get the details of the test results then we can decide where to go from there (i.e. meds and teeth cleaning options).
Thanks to all who offered support and prayers!! I know we are not completely out of the woods yet but I can see daylight for the first time in a week.
