This really isn't exciting, but it was a cheap buy & there's very little out there in the way of promo stuff for Dangerous (it's the Pony Canyon promo with Lola on) - Attachment DeletedWhereas this little lot will almost certainly be pretty dull to everyone other than myself - - but at least the first 4 of these are definitely official (there were another couple that are not shown here which i'm sure aren't so didn't bother adding here), & ttbomk at least the first 3 are Japanese exclusive ones.

re: badges:
I will allways love the green 'union of the snake' D2 logo - it just turned the BRIGHT 'is there something i should know" duran duran to the dark side (where I somehow WANTED the bands' music to go).

re: badges: I will allways love the green 'union of the snake' D2 logo - it just turned the BRIGHT 'is there something i should know" duran duran to the dark side (where I somehow WANTED the bands' music to go). Whilst i don't disagree about the darker side, as it was always that mix which made the albums great, i'm really not a fan of the sleeve as, other than the eye on the front & snake on the back, it looks a bit half-arsed design-wise imho... ...so if you change that then would we still have the green DD?
(obviously the green version was also then used on some of the tour stuff - though with only the first D being green, as the 2nd normally is the same colour as the background... ...so grey on everything that i can immediately think of atm)
Admittedly, it's not as bad as the MEP cover where, even accepting that ST should have had the bum sleeve everywhere, it just doesn't fit into the aesthetic... ...i really dislike that photo of them... ...& was a complete waste of the tour flag design... ...but they're certainly my 2 least favourite singles sleeves.
(either NMOM, the standard UK AVTAK or the UK EB cover is probably 3rd - but i can at least appreciate where they were going with those 3)

DMC Classic Mixes : I Love Duran Duran Vol 1 CD, good to get the 1983 Alan Coulthard megamix on CD, the 7.41 Recall 22 Rio remix and the excellent Brothers In Rhythm 1991 remix of SAP.

Do agree with you...the UOTS cover was a little lacking. Reflex (UK 12") was really the only piece that made me go "wow!" - thought it was really unique. But on the whole, SART/Arena...I felt Assorted iMaGes lost some creative edge. Needless to say, SRTR..they gained it back (and more) but yeah - the snake on the back of UOTS...super cool! That blue shirt with the snake got soooo worn out to the point it fell apart! Wish they'd bring THAT back to the store. Know what would also be cool to have in the store? 12"/LP cover POSTERS! Anyway, I digress...

I knew that The Promise are listed as a B-side, but it actually plays El Diablo, but I didn't knew that El Diablo actually fade out around 4:15 (Original track are 6:03) Very, Very, Happy!
