Yeah, that last chorus is way too high to be attempting on live national TV!!
ETA - Found JT to be thoroughly charming as ever.

Yeah, that last chorus is way too high to be attempting on live national TV!! ETA - Found JT to be thoroughly charming as ever. Listening to the end of AYNIN, where Simon was deviating from the main chorus, it seemed more as though it was either John or Dom who had been singing slightly flat...

Yeah, I thought Simon was relatively bum note free... He wobbled momentarily during the second chorus (not as much as when he almost feel off the step at the beginning of the show *is evil cos I laughed*) but for the most part his voice sounded pretty good to me...

:)That was their best UK tv interview/performance since the Johnathan Ross show when 'Astronaut' was released. Love the chemistry between the band and the ''loose woman'' and the fact it was a Duran Duran special. It was really good the way that the first half of show they spoke with Simon & Roger and the second part had Nick and John Thought the performance of SAP and AYNIN was excellent though would have liked the full performance of AYNIN but it was good. Also though the guys looked cool rocking the leather jacket look, apart from Nick who looked suave as always in a great suit. I never knew Roger wanted to be a goalkeeper when he was a kid and that he supports Villa, I thought maybe he was a Birmingham City fan or even WBA!!! This is the most UK media they have done in years, since 'Astonaut' and that resulted in a top 10 album and top 5 single. I really this catches the wider public's imagination and not just us the hardcore fans, because the album deserves to be a success and they are certainly putting in the work. EDIT Would love for someone to turn Simon's entrance when when he saluted then nearly fell down the stairs into a GIF file. Simon is just too funny man
