I have a question about White Lines promo cd singles. Can anyone tell me if The Blizzard and the Wrapless mixes of White Lines that are found on US promo cd singles of the song are unique mixes to these promo's? Or are these mixes also on other releases of White Lines, maybe under other names?
I have the following White Lines issues: - UK cd single's part 1 +2 - Australian cd single - Dutch Thank You cd with bonus cds (feat, White Lines mixes) - US jukebox 7" - UK 12" - Italian 12" - UK promo 12" pearl vinyl - US 2x12" promo set
So do any of you know if I already own these mixes under another name or that I have to buy the promo's to own them?
Thanks, Frank

These mixes are unique and do not appear on the items you listed above going by another name. The Blizzard Mix of White Lines can be found on 3 CD singles - the first two I have: the U.S. CD single of "Perfect Day" with the chocolate ice cream lolly, a 2 track U.S. promo CD single (PRCD-2), and on the 3 track "red swirl" promo. Mind you, the actual running time of the track is 4:35 with a plus 2 sec variable. The 2 track promo says it runs 4:33 (computer says 4:37) and the Perfect Day CD single has it listed at 4:35 (but the computer says 4:40).
As for the Wrapless mixes, they're exclusive to the U.S. 2 track promo and don't appear anywhere else or go by any other name.
So, the answer to your question is no you don't have these mixes and yes you need to buy the promos (that is unless you have the U.S. Perfect Day CD single, then you already have the Blizzard Mix).

Thanks Redmumba for this excellent answer!
I have the other US Perfect Day cd single (with the ice cream cone) so I need to buy the promo's.

Thanks, I know that site. For my question I had to hear from someone who had listened to the mixes and could tell me if they were unique to these releases. For example: the Electric Remix and Metropolis Remix of OOMM are the same mixes. It's not possible to see that on a discography. That's why I needed someone's ears to help me

Hello,
I have the Wrapless US radio promo CD you might want. Photo attached.
Wrapless CD is pink, plain case with sticker. I recall this being unique to the US. Basically, this version was for radio stations afraid of hip-hop music!
Also have two promo CDs (2-track and 3-track "swirl" promo), each with the Blizzard Mix, if you're interested.
Let me know and we can work something out. Fair prices, of course :-) I was a collector back in the day, and would be happy to see these go to someone really into it.
David

David I've got this CD along with the Funkmaster Flex promo CD. These two seem to be the hardest to get!

David Hi David, If Vermeerf isn't interested in the "Wrapless CD", how much would you want for it? I'm in the UK. Sorry to cut in... obviously if Vermeerf wants it then forget my interuption. Thanks.
