And it seems that the person who won the Girls On Film Colombian 12" is now the highest bidder on it.

What I meant by odd is that the pictures she used don't show any cracks from what I can tell. In the new picture, the one showing the CD, it's a different case (see through) whereas the one in the picture showing the front of the case is definitely not. If you ask me, this is a sneaky ass tactic that some sellers use. For example, several times I've seen sellers with those Depeche Mode color vinyl German 12" singles in their eBay photo but in really small print they say something like "record is not color vinyl" when they know damn well some people browse auctions using the thumbnails.... I hate to admit this but I made this mistake. A seller had used the blue vinyl Depeche mini album as his auction image, and the starting bid price was right for it and sure enough it wasn't the blue vinyl version when I got it, I re-read the auction and realized I missed the fine print. The good news is this is the record I previously mentioned that smelled like raw sewage and was heavily water damaged - I paid $50 USD for it - but got almost all my money back. Anyway, I think stuff like this is an effort to trick people into thinking they're getting more than they really are.

Over USD 100 already for something I still don't think is an official release... I'm curious how many of these will pop up after this auction has finished.

After looking at it and everything else the seller has to auction off, I'm now convinced that this is a legit promo. The seller is auctioning off this Gilbert O'Sullivan promo CD compilation where it features this Elton John & Pet Shop Boys duet of "Alone Again". This is the only place this song has shown up and that CD is now at the $189 mark! (edited just to say that this particular CD went for $242).

This is an official promo CD-R and there you have some info from EIL people:
DURAN DURAN The Music Of Duran Duran 1987-2010 (Official 2011 US BMG Chrysalis 16-track promotional-only publishing sampler CD-R acetate including Notorious, Skin Trade, Ordinary World, Electric Barbarella and Falling Down. Custom printed disc, picture sleeve and tracklisting back insert)
I had to order myself a copy, twice less than eBay price!
