Thanks! OK, so probably more US dates next year? I wouldn't count on that. It will take a long time to hit Europe, South America, Australia and Asia. As for Detroit, I suspect that they couldn't find a venue that worked for that date.

Windsor Casino is banking on Detroit crowd--never been to that venue to see a concert--Pros? Cons? Anyone see a show there--what was the experience like?

toronto, montreal and detroit are dd staples. let's see them next!!!! I must say I'm disappointed to see that Toronto, who've already had a date this year, is the ONLY Canadian city to be so blessed again. Unreal no Detroit date==we have to go to Casino Windsor! Why? Detroit is being singled out again??? I do hope Simon is 100 percent for them to announce these dates and they at least sell some of these venues WITHOUT ANY RADIO AIRPLAY==GET GIRL PANIC SONG AND VIDEO OUT SOMETIME AT THE END OF THIS MONTH--WHAT IS THIS WAITING FOR NOVEMBER--LOL If you have a passport, Windsor and Detroit are pretty much the same thing. And anyone upset about the lack of a proper Detroit date, consider that it'll the first time they've ever played here. Let me emphasize the "here", because I'm absolutely stoked that they're playing MY F U C KING CITY for the FIRST TIME EVER! Someone elsewhere mentioned the WFCU Centre; just two weeks ago, Elton John sold out his show for September 10th at that venue. And over the years, the casino here has had some surprisingly big names; I'd long suspected that Duran would be added to the list sooner rather than later. It's nice to get some of the concert business for a change! I hope some of you can make it here; I'd be happy to point y'all toward the good restaurants AND to Dr. Disc, the city's only remaining and positively kick-ass independent record store!

I saw Them Crooked Vultures there last year, and Ringo Starr a couple of years before that. Pretty good sound, no real complaints.

Just can't believe that Toronto gets another show yet Vancouver is NOT on the tour??? Seems kind of strange to be starting a tour in Everett Wa. Hopefully I can get tixs for that show but they should have included Vancouver. I DO NOT consider them coming to Canada with only 2 dates, DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yup that's my guess, if they were playing somewhere else in Dade or Broward it would have read Miami or Ft Lauderdale the only venue in Hollywood is the Hard Rock

They're not gonna play in Vancouver, but Everett!!!!! So you have to travel a hundred miles for a show!!!! That's the biggest tragedy of all time! We travelled 1400 miles and then back again to see two empty stages in june! Losing a total of $3000 on that trip. Not to mention the $8000 lost in this month of August on three shows not to happen. So please; If you will; Go hang your disappointment out to dry with your own spoiled arse. Some of you overseas display yourselves as being dumber than statistics ever possibly could show on this board.
