Is the Duranduran.com store reliable? I wanted to buy the tour book but I just wanted to make sure it was a reliable site. Has anyone had problems with stolen cards or bad customer service, etc.?
Thanks in advance!

I've never had any problems. They've always been quick and reliable for me.

Yeah I agree, I've had plenty of things from them and never had a problem at all!

The only thing I don't like about them is the way they ship things. I don't think anything is ever packaged well enough to be sure it won't arrive @ least slightly damaged. And as a collector, I want new things I buy to be in MINT condition, not dingged up.

Hmm. Thanks for that MissNovTue. That's something else for me to consider. I'd like to think these things are well packed considering the shipping is nearly as much as the things I'm buying--20 for the AYNIN Tourbook, 10 for the reunion tourbook, and 21 for shipping! I too like my memorabilia to be nothing but minty if I'm paying top dollar.
I'm actually getting it for a Christmas gift for my sister. 51 pounds ends up being $81 American! I recently got the AYNIN LP from Amazon UK and they only charged like 4 pounds for shipping. I know Amazon is extra reasonable, but I would have thought somewhere between the 4 pounds and the 21 pounds would be more fair. Especially since it's just flat books.

I thought the tour books were very well packaged and mine arrived without any damage.

Thanks for all the feedback, fellas. I've decided to go ahead and order the books for my sister. Technically the two tourbooks I'm getting average out to be $40 each, which I guess isn't sooo bad.
