Just Got a Groove On?? If any PMs were to make their way to my inbox with this track, I would be oh so happy. Or any or all of these tracks, for that matter. I have next to nothing in the way of boots.

'just got a groove on' is actually a cover of TELL ME IT'S JUST A RUMOUR by the isley brothers. this boot is mostly just a copy of decadent durantics, which is floating around in trade circles, so if you have that, you have the song you seek...

And don't forget...the horrible, awful...nay, DREADED eil.com aka 991.com...and now also re-visited as the following: www.presstoplay.comThese guys have been charging ridiculous prices for all types of records, memorabilia and such, not only for our beloved Duran but for hundreds of other groups as well. Don't be fooled...presstoplay is merely eil re-inventing itself again (would you really want to buy from a company that changes its name to fool customers??...neither would I!).

How is the quality of the recording comparing it to maybe Planet Heart, Oakland 1984, etc.? I have had a tape version of Rumour that is probably 6 or 7 generations from the original tape, but who knows.

I have had a tape version of Rumour that is probably 6 or 7 generations from the original tape, but who knows. the original vinyl copy of DECADENT is a very good audience recording. so if you have the cd that is taken directly from the vinyl, than that is as good as it gets. the boots you cite are taken from radio broadcast masters. so DECADENT is not as good as them, but still it is the earliest complete duran show you can get as a bootleg, so it's worth it to get a copy of it in decent fidelity just purely for the history. the sound is surprisingly good considering what recording gear would have been around in july of 1981.

Also the 12 inches of "Make Me Smile" (on A side) / "The Reflex" from Phillipinne ! One of the rarest DD vinyl ! off the top of my head i would say the most rare stuff would be: 7 inches anyone out there - brazil with nexus pic sleeve careless memories - south africa w custom pic sleeve arcadia - el diablo spain promo w custom pic sleeve a view to a kill - uruguay promo w custom pic sleeve hungry like the wolf - mexico promo w custom b/w pic sleeve and on brown vinyl 12 inches/lp duran duran story - japan promo album girls on film - colombia green vinyl promo any japanese promo 12 inch with a b&w cover (pe/rio/nmom/uots) lay lady lay - italy 12 inch rio radio special bootleg vinyl khanada decadent durantics duranmas duranoid royal rock gala 83 this list doesn't take into account acetates, which are really rare and normally don't come up for sale that often. this is for more common promo and commercially issued items. and there's plenty more items you could easily sub into that list as being rare, pricey and hard to find.
