Are you going to look for the owner (advertise)? If its an older dog maybe it got lost while being out. If you do deside to keep it I know it will be in a good loving home with people who will take good care him.

This is subject that angers me to no end. How can someone just dump a poor animal??? Now, I am no fan of poodles but I would not wish one any harm. I think the laws concerning animals should be just as strict as they are against humans. I think whatever you do to an animal should be done to you...not some piddly fine.
