Well i don't think it is official.
1- why would this particular track be released as a one track promo cd? what purpose does it serve? 2- the ESK numbering is used by Epic in the USA while the track itself it in the EMI catalogue

tis weird. Yet I found another one on GEMM, plus there is a Duran Wikia page on it (not that that means it's authentic of course).

Yes very odd. The David Bowie - We Were So Turned On album was 2009, yet this ebay seller recons he's had this item for about 20/30 years.
