On the third audience he miss, the Judge will gave me the "Patria Potestad" as I have right now the guard and custody, the government may give me support for baby, as he is going to be arrested. The Judge will send the order to arrest him and its inmediate jail to him, yes!
And many other things the lawyer told me...
But I just talk with his brother, and he doesn't know if he is drinking with his frinds or he runaway!!!!!!
Jesus, I don't understand it so well, but according to my lawyer all is going to be softy and easy for me if he miss the other two!
Honestly I thought he was going to show up, and give me a hard time, but... he is a coward, yeah, more than that!

Ever though of having him sign over his rights and you & your son can just get on with your lives? He sounds kinda useless.

Well, I never thought about it... but lets say that, everytime we were in need of him, he never showed up. And I should do that way back!
I was a fool, but I am okay now, I should known better becuase when my son was born, he don't even enter to see me or see his son, was so late that afternoon when he showed up, saw baby, saw me; and after that he dissapear three days, he was drinking celebrating baby was a boy not a girl as the doctor said.
My parents paid the hospital... anyways I was so in love I justify him, and was until that day I saw him with another woman in my bed that reality hits me.
But it took me more than one year and a half get over him, now that I reacted and Mexican laws have changed, I have easier way for me, and yes I can ask for him to sign over his rights, but as he commited fraud on my name, that is the original reason I am suing him!
But two weeks ago the Supreme Justice Court made a change, and now I can demand for baby child support and takim away the "Patria Potestad" wich is an extreme and radical process for usless man and woman with thir kids.
*sigh*
