Today I handed-out samples of Panini Sandwiches from Lean Cuisine. The varieties included, Philly-steak and cheese, Tuscan Chicken and all 192 samples went very quickly. As a demonstrator, I was encouraged to try these beforehand and for some crazy reason I can picture at least 3 members of DD trying these themselves. My question is has anyone here tried the Panini sandwiches from Lean Cuisine?

I had one and didn't like it. It didn't really toast the bread and I can't stand soggy bread.

That's funny because when I made the paninis, the bread was never soggy.

I want to try it. I'm trying (I emphasize trying) to lose a couple of pounds and I'm sick to death of Lean Pockets (which aren't great to begin with).

I can't remember if there were a toaster oven/conventional oven method of cooking them. It'd be longer but the result would probably be better.

I tried one that was probably Lean Cuisine, it was definitely Stouffer's. It was pretty good.

I have and they are pretty good. Then again, when I am dieting, anything tastes pretty good.

I've tried panini's before but don't think it was the lean quisine brand but the other one I'm thinking Stouffers. They were good, the bread was toasted but the mess the filling makes is a bit obnoxious. Would like to try making one on my own instead of a microwavable version.
