I don't know if anyone noticed this before, but... If I hear correctly, DD used this melody at the very beginning of "The Universe Alone".

They are different but the delay on the DD song is making it creepy... The Universe Alone is Cm, G, Dm, Am but in a descending progression, cos in Cm and Dm they use the second inversion, so while the chords move up and down (from Cm to G to Dm) the inversions make it go down and down.
The piano motif has nice delay which make it more evolving, but it does: Eb, C, Eb, C, Eb D, B, D, B, D C, A, C, A, C and the last one is different, i think it is B, A, C and A but i could be hearing wrong cos the delay messing with me...! The last note of the pattern is always played very softly so the delay can work better.
The motif on the creepy video does the root note (whatever it may be on the different songs), one semitone down, back to the root, and a minor third down.

For the record: i didn't knew this by memory or just by ear, had to turn my keyboard on and played it, so it was fun!
