Is anyone listening to Whooosh on SiriusXM? Maybe there will be more info on tomorrow's show? Like a teaser clip or a specific release date?!?

I look forward to Coxon's work on the album. I think when addressing Andy, it would matter most that the band are ok without him. Unless Dom were to tell Nick he is out if he is not the most prominent guitarist in their studio, we won't know if they would even consider it. I don't like the fact that Dom is not a full fledged band member, hopefully he isn't bothered by that. Publicly Dom and the band say the situation is working best for all involved, who knows though, I'd be irritated if I were in Dom's situation.

I wouldn’t be surprised if tomorrow they indicate the single will be premiered on [next week’s] broadcast. Don’t see them playing a clip of it without previewing it is coming to maximize listeners

Sometimes you get the call for studio work, sometimes you don't. It's part of the job - just like Dom will choose who to use for his own projects.

I'm sure that Simon, Nick, John, and Roger won't be pissed off whenever Dom hires/works with other musicians in the future with his solo stuff. My concern is that overall, Dom's limited writing credits with Duran Duran are top notch! Sure he may be listed on Danceophobia, but even Lennon/McCartney had missteps. Most of the tracks where Dom is listed in the writing credits are fantastic. It concerns me that Duran Duran don't analyse his work and think "Man, this Dom Brown character can really contribute positively to the Duran writing machine - let's keep using him". I absolutely love John Frusciante and his small contribution to Paper Gods, but having a guitarist actually helping to write the songs adds a new and welcome dimension to Duran Duran. It tends to make the guitar more of a player than afterthought. Vote 1 - Dom Brown.

I’ll take 10 leopards to go, thanks. Anything else? No, that’s it.

I agree with keeping Dom Brown around. He knows the catalog, he's proficient, he kills live, and he is possibly the most stable guitarist they've had by their sides. What are we looking at? More than 14 years of work with the band?
