Another Big Thanks for posting this article from someone down underš
Looking forward to seeing Graham Coxonās input on the new record. John Fruscianteās guitar part on Universe Alone from Paper Gods was a stand out for me.

A great article and some nice words in the comments section. I have to say that they look weird in that photo shoot. John looks knackered and needs to go easy on the guyliner.

Well, i have been mentioning it for years they should step away from Nefer and hire a decent photographer. Apparantly they have worked with Dean Chamberlain again some years back but sadly none of this shoot has ever been used. How can Nefers work be better than Deans?

Ahead of the interview, there have been instructions from their record label that our conversation must not dwell on the past; instead we must understand that Duran Duran are a band focused on the future.
And what did they do for most of the article? Dwell on the past. If the label insists that Duran Duran are a band focused on the future, how does that bode for any super deluxe treatments of albums that have yet to receive it?

Very nice interviews. And they (even NR!) give a huge credit to Andy with whom they are on speaking terms still. Speaking of Andy..he is in the UK finishing the touches on a new Andy Taylor album..he is in the studios right now finishing it off--very interesting...

Jesus Christ, again, just release the damn thing. I agree - stop bringing this up and just release "Reportage" already! āDuran Duran are a band focused on the futureā indeed and then we get few details about working on the new album and just another walk down memory lane. Still itās great publicity and fairly neutral about their wild past.

Wow...i know we all know that Andy/Nick colliding each other to make something great, but i was just talking to a casual DD listener friend i have about that, even i know Andy was a pain in the ass, he keep things balanced between rock and electronic, and that was what made DD great. And two days later, i read this, them talking about it i think for the first time since Andy left.

Nice interview. I liked the candid descriptions, things that haven't been heavily covered in other interviews already. And I, especially, like that this one didn't go through the, over done, recap of their hits of yesteryear. I also liked the fact there was a place of inclusion for Andy, without hints of animosity (but still Nick flavored, because anything else would be fake and stupid).
Nice read. Thanks for posting.
