The big blues guy was amazing, as was the black, female back-up singer. WOW. I'm a sucker for soul and both of them DEFINITELY have it, says the Elliot (from last season) fan.
And...I actually liked the Fidel Castro look-a-like. I think he's got a nice voice. It will be interesting to see what they do with his look.

I can't believe they let the guy through that sang "God's gonna cut you down"!!! I absolutely LOVE that song and that guy butchered it!!!  He was better than I thought he was gonna be. |

I loved the "back-up" singer the best because she was so humble about it all. Simon pointed out that most of the ones with no talent are the ones who are the most confident and just can't figure it out! I hope she does well!!
Oh, and I liked the Castro look alike! He totally caught me off guard. I guess that's what I get for judging a book by it's cover!
