40 YEARS FOR A PORN BOMB!!!!!!! Who the hell HASNT that happen to?  As a former sub I have to that I never had time to pee much less surf the internet...what a ridiculous bowl of horse shit. |

Geez - wouldn't the defense come up with a forensic PC examination and analyse the system?
Pre-teens and teens are all curious of "sex", could maybe one of them just typed the word in google and Pop-Up world commences?

This is just awful!!!
This also reminds me of the time I went away to see DD and hubby let my middle daughter use the internet. Now, she's never done that before and couldn't spell to save her life. She wanted to go the Noggin' website, a site for kids, she typed in what she thought was Noggin' and got a porn site. Hubby hears "Daddy...what's this?" Comes over and sees the porn pic and freaks out. Now, he isn't computer-inclined either so he hits the X in the upper right corner only to get hit with a barrage of porn pop-ups. Now, he is really freaking out...trying to shield Cassie's eyes from the screen and hitting X after X only to get more pop ups!
It's funny now...but to think we could go to jail for something like that is just frightening!

This is ridiculous. 40 years for this while murderers sometimes get less? What a screwed up system. It's so easy to accidentally find a porn site. Some of these sites registered celeb names before they did. I've known people who were looking for a celeb site. Instead they found porn.

This is ridiculous. 40 years for this while murderers sometimes get less? What a screwed up system. CONVICTED CHILD MOLESTERS GET LESS i feel the need to do something about this. And btw where is the freaking teacher's union in all of this? Shouldn't it be in there protecting this person...for the sake of all teachers? |

Disgusting that molesters sometimes get probabtion. They ruined a child that will never recover emotionally. Maybe being a sub she doesn't have an union? I used to be a substitute. I wasn't protected by an union. |
