After reading the Duranie fitness report, my random thought is that I'm a completely out-of-shape skinny person. Are there programs for that, and the lack of motivation that goes with it?

I'm with you on this one.I'm 5'8 122lbs ,and as my husband says NOTIVATED ;D .We should start a Non-Fitness group  Oh Yeah...... My random. Wow, I just had the best dinner at a local buffet where I had soup, salad, baked potato and a steak (sorry Nick) which was cooked medium-rare.
