Turkey, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, two kinds of stuffing (traditional and apple-cranberry) green bean casserole, corn casserole and cinnamon cake (I don't like pumpkin pie). And that was a light menu by my family's standards. Good thing I'm off til Monday, because I won't be moving until then.

I never stuff my self. My sis in law made dinner and as usual it was delicious.
My mom got a treat because she got to see it snowing as we ate.
The worst part was having to get the snow off the car when we left.

We went to an Italian club for T'giving dinner, like we do every year. This is what we got for only $30 per head:
passed appetizers of crostini and pizza bread soup course: tortellini in broth pasta course: penne with ragu salad course: mixed greens with olive oil/vinegar dressing main course: turkey and ham, stuffing, roasted potatoes, candied yams, cranberry sauce, spinach dessert: fresh fruit and pumpkin pie
Not bad, I'd say.
*burp*
'Scuse me. ;D

I'm there with you: Breakfast: Pumpkin pancakes Lunch: Potstickers Dinner: Turkey and all the fixings which includes the mashed, sweet potato casserole I brought. I forgot to bake my famous, Hawaiian Bread recipe, but I'll make that on Christmas.

As for me, I had turkey, cranberry sauce, devilled eggs, rolls, corn, crackers w/dip, olives, an assortment of fruit, lemon meringue pie, and watergate salad.
It's almost 4:00 a.m., and the leftovers in the fridge are calling my name. Ooo! I think there's some pumpkin pie in there!

I can't wait to eat lunch today! I already had a slice of apple pie for breakfast. In fact, I think I'll nibble on a bite of turkey right now. Excuse me....

I'm just glad all the cooking is over and it's leftover time!
We had roast turkey Mashed potatos Gravy Candied sweet potatos Corn Green bean casserole Cornbread stuffing Rolls Pumpkin pie Pecan pie Cheesecake Cherry pie Cranberry sauce
I feel like I'm leaving something out. Oh well, I served the whole menu yesterday and really physically overdid myself in the kitchen.
How many days until Christmas when I have to do it all over again?
