What cds are you planning to purchase? I really want the cd by Lily Allen. It's on sale this week at Best Buy. Since I have a certificate (and want a dvd burner there anyways) I'm picking it up this week. There are several other cds I plan on buying soon.

I found out that erasure has a new one coming out in May... I'll definitely be picking that one up!

There's so many albums due out this year that I want, such as: Duran Duran (obviously...if it ever gets released  ) Idlewild Manic Street Preachers Maximo Park Editors Sophie Ellis-Bextor Feeder Interpol Air Aqualung And probably more I can't think of/don't know about yet |

I bought "Back to Black" - Amy Winehouse today and listening to it right now. ;D
I love Amy's voice and "Back to Black" is a great album.
So you can all ad her to your list, you wont regret it.

Though I had most of the tracks already, I picked up the Lily Allen CD today ( hate Best Buy, but it was only $7.99!), and it's fantastic. I normally don't dig the addition of superfluous remixes as bonus tracks, but the version of "Smile" that closes out the album is every bit as good as the original. They removed the ska-style backing track of the single and replaced it with an up-tempo Motown/Stax soul hybrid that's f___ing brilliant.
I'm looking forward to the Fratellis album coming out on this side of the pond.
