You'll see people with swings in one direction of around 40 points overnight. It's surely not being done without rigging the polls. That happened to me and one other person, that I know of. I have no idea how it happened, but I certainly didn't "rig" my own karma.  My change was about 40 points in 20 minutes. Yep, I've got 40 alts. That wasn't a specific accusation, Carina. I pay even less attention to your karma than I do my own. |

This whole thing is so stupid! I wish they'd just get rid of it all together! totally agree with the first statement - it is all utterly utterly stupid. but completely disagree with the second part - it's all so outrageously entertaining to watch people getting all worked about it!! |

Even after all the discussions, I still find it laughable that it bothers people when they don't have positive karma... or not enough positive karma... or less positive karma today than they had yesterday. Why oh why would somebody smite them? What have they done or said to offend that someone would be so mean as to take from their pozzies? I'm completely baffled by people who judge their self worth based on a frivolous, arbitrary add on from a notice board. Perhaps people who so desperately need their karma to be in the positives could explain exactly why it's so important to them. |

I third the nomination of getting rid of the stupid Karma crap. It was on a former board of mine and just like it's doing now, it did nothing but cause drama. I also say delete the alts.

ohh.. please people, don't be karma freaks!! I really don't have time to check, 'who has what?' can't we just let go and focus on our posts and threads. If I feel like it I can pass out a karma but it's not the main reason why I come here!
