Love me some Duff's. I grew up less than a mile from them and ate many a wing there.
I'm not as sold on the Anchor Bar wings even if they invented them. Someone on a plane told me about a place on South Park that he thought had the best wings in Buffalo. Can't remember the name though.

For those who don't know, Old Bay is a very spicy (but not hot) seasoning that we put on our famous steamed crabs. Hell, who am I kidding, we put Old Bay in EVERYTHING! We have big cans of Old Bay in our cafeteria here at work, right next to the salt and pepper shakers. |

And being from Buffalo, I agree in their awesomeness! Frank and Theressa's Anchor Bar had good ones...and so did Duff's in Amherst (Buffalo suburb). Homemade ones (fry them up, then shake them in a mix of hot sauce and melted butter) are the best. i keep meaning to make some ... i even have the frank's red hot sauce to make them with, i should do it soon ... though coz of my aversion to mayo i think i'd make the blue cheese dipping sauce with plain yoghurt or something like that :-) i do love wings! |

Buffalo Wings are yummy. I love the Hooters ones, also a place in Florida called Wings and Weenies had some awesome ones.
