I have finally stopped crying after watching Sherman (the 64 year old)!! All he wanted to do was sing.  What a sweet old man, and he sang way better than half those people auditioning!!! ;D |

I'd wager that most of the people they show are on either end of the spectrum - amazing or abominable. Mostly the latter, unfortunately.
Yeah, that guy was really sweet. Made me a little misty there.
At least Cowell's shirt was a little looser on today's show, cause I'm tired of looking at his nips.

I'd wager that most of the people they show are on either end of the spectrum - amazing or abominable. Mostly the latter, unfortunately. Some former idols were on TV talking about this the other day. Supposedly they are told that if they go before Simon, Paula, and Randy it's because they are either really good or really horrible. |

The old guy was sweet. It was nice of them to go ahead and let him sing for his lady love.

Yes, I'm glad they let him sing and were respectful. I LOOOOVE Simon, but if he would have said anything derogatory to that man, he would have lost a ton of cool points from me!  |
