Robert did do a few dates after the second album came out. They even were on a few TV shows. BT.com has them in their media section.

I had read somewhere (maybe it was in Duran's book Notorious) that John said he was totally coked out during that episode... as well as for most of his life during that time.
Notorious... excellent book by the way if you haven't read it.

I remember seeing that episode too. I believe I was at my uncle's house and willing everyone to be quiet when they came on.

I had the flu when it was originally on, and I remember being bundled up under a comforter and my teeth were chattering from my fever. I like Michael DesBarres. He was married to Miss Pamela, and he was great in Sugartown!
