Cold! Snow! Snow! Cold!

Meh. We got down to 1 degree, -15 windchill overnite last night. My water pipes froze solid. It's my 5th winter in this house, and that's never happened before. Spent most of the morning and afternoon unfreezing them.

Tonite we're already down to -2. So, on the theory that moving water won't freeze, every tap in the house has a trickle running.

Burrrrrrrr. We had reports of it being a terrible weekend, but so far its been sunny. I guess the strom is moving slow. Its 10 degrees out now at 9:28am.

here it's -13F -37Fwindchill so it is just a "little on the chilly" side!!!
