Say what you will, but I enjoy this version of the Reflex. It's been hard to find a good quality version of this song for years. Thanks to Youtube, I stumbled upon this today!

The only thing I liked about Michael was that without him, I wouldn't have seen Power Station @ all. That said, I wish like hell I had a computer and knew about the second tour Robert did. I'd rather see PS with no John and with Robert on vocals than with John and Michael on vocals.

I've never been a big fan of the original song (nor the SATRT album) but this cover is awful. It has a scent of heavy metal.

That is a pretty cool performance, and hell, it's always good to hear Andy on the guitar... but the vocal performance during the chorus is really hard to listen to. I enjoyed the verses, but Des Barres just can't cut it in the chorus IMO.
Thanks for the link though. I haven't heard much from Power Station outside of the 1st album, so fun to hear something live.

Agreed Michael couldn't hold a candle to Robert. It makes you wonder how the hell JT delivered that line on Miami Vice where he claimed their new singer (Michael) was as good as the old one (indirectly/directly referencing Robert) LOL!
