nice article! one question though...is that THE steve jansen? Well, it's not the ex-Japan Steve Jansen, but he's still a cool guy nonetheless.

This is Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Really looking forward to the other parts coming:) As Notorious and the SB-Tour is my favourite Duran-era I recently decided to compile and design an exclusive book commemorating this era: working Title: "2 years of Strange Behaviour". It will include everything: from pressphotos, to articles, fanclub material, merchandise, everything released, memorabilia, tour posters, tickets, etc At the moment I'm still in the research phase, collecting all the visual bits and peaces together. I have scanned everything I own and searching the web for anything 86-87 period. This indept project of gimmeawristband would be great to incorporate in my book, an honour even. If there is anyone of gimmeawristband on this site please get in contact with me for possible collaboration. I will also post some requests for visuals from this era that I still miss shortly on this forum. I hope you all can help me to make this the most fantastic tribute book to the band and this era. PS: I'm a graphic designer/ art director who works at an advertising agency in Amsterdam with 14 years of xperience under the belt so I will make absolutely sure this will be the absolute best book on this era EVER! to be continued Thanks... my contact info is on the site.

Gimme a Wristband presents the second article of the Notorious: Revisited series by Steve Jansen, in which we explore the design related to the album, complete with exclusive, previously unseen images from the Duran Duran Archive. bit.ly/c2Q58J

I think maybe you should also edit this part 2 link into the first post in this thread, though...I think it'l get more notice, as otherwise people have to fish through all the posts to find the relatively inconspicuous link.
