Well SLB seems to 'like the idea of a comeback' every time Duran release a new album, as per my interview with him confirms. 'There's something passionate about it', he enthuses. I suppose it is really. You draw a line under one album and start again. To be honest I don't really care what angle Warners use to get Duran Duran back under neon lights. Do whatever it takes as far as I'm concerned. I believe this is 'the last chance saloon' that needs to be capitalised on. If we are to believe that his album is as hot as Mavie1 is saying it is then Warners is our best chance of getting the promo train running. I can't see any other labels queuing to sign the band so we have to trust the label to do the business..and I think Warners won't disappoint. No offense to anyone here or Mavie1 but if he works for Warner don't you think he will say that the album rocks and is the best to sell it from a marketing view...I am going to buy it regardless of what anyone says...but again, I think Duran's music now is a niche and I do hope it does well...but other than the casual or die hard fan not sure if the general public will buy it..I hope I am wrong...

He has changed his view over the years, to me Notrious was a new band/comeback/return if there ever was one, but during that period he sated..."Duran Duran is not in a position where we are making a comeback or a reunion, we are just carrying on..." Anyway, this is a pretty cool special if you have never seen it
