iHeartMedia announced their lineup on Thursday for the fifth annual iHeartRadio Music Festival.
Always a mixture of artists from all eras and genres, this year's event will include The Who, Duran Duran, Kenny Chesney and Janet Jackson along with such modern hitmakers as Sam Smith, Blake Shelton, Coldplay, David Guetta, Lil Wayne, Fall Out Boy and the Killers.
The two-night concert will be at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on September 18 and 19. In addition, during the day on the 19th, the Daytime Village will once again happen at the MGM Resorts Village with Demi Lovato, Hozier, Tove Lo, Trey Songz, Walk The Moon, Nick Jonas, Big Sean, Lee Brice, George Ezra, Tori Kelly, Echosmith, James Bay, The Struts, Zella Day and Shawn Mendes.
Tom Poleman, president of national programming platforms for iHeartMedia said "Each year we look to create history with the iHeartRadio Music Festival by curating a lineup of the biggest artists from every genre. What makes this show unlike all others is that every artist is a massive star and could easily headline the MGM Arena on their own. With unbelievable live performances and collaborations, every year the iHeartRadio Music Festival and Daytime Village are the ultimate celebrations of artists and music."
For those who aren't able to attend the event, the shows will be broadcast on over 150 iHeartMedia stations across the country and will stream live on-line on Yahoo! Screen at 7:30 PM PST each night. Highlights from the shows will air on the CW Network on September 29 and 30 from 8 to 10 PM.
