"Due to unforeseen circumstances, the DURAN DURAN concert originally scheduled to take place at the Miami Open in Key Biscayne on Friday, April 1 has been moved to Bayfront Park Amphitheatre in downtown Miami (301 Biscayne Blvd). Doors will open at 7:00pm and the show will begin promptly at 8:00pm with CHIC featuring NILE RODGERS, who have been added to the show as the Special Guest (opening act).
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause – and please note you will be refunded in full for your entire purchase amount (a credit will appear on your credit card statement within 2-3 business days).
If you were a ticket holder and you still wish to attend the April 1 concert at Bayfront Park Amphitheatre, Ticketmaster has emailed information about a special pre-sale to ensure you have a privileged opportunity to purchase tickets before the general public. This special presale is set to begin on Tuesday, February 9 at 10:00am and will end on Friday, February 12 at 10:00pm.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Saturday, February 13 at 10:00am via Ticketmaster: duran.io/1SDeyTI"

So, everyone will be refunded and you need to purchase new tickets for the other venue? Why would that be? In Holland tickets would be valid for the other venue and you will be refunded if you want to be refunded.

The seating is probably different in terms of rows and / or numbers. So, just because you have row T seat 21, the other venue might not have a row T and / or seat 21.

Didnt think of that! In Holland we rarely have floor seating, usually general admission at many venues. Thanks!!
