Ok so the original Seven and the Ragged Tiger song is supposedly only available on the Perfect Days Now and Then compilation, according to the text on the DD Wiki. But I dont own that collection. All I have is this track. So my first question is, is the song below THAT track?
If this is the right song from the bootleg, is this real or fake???
The vocals seem very much like Simon in many places, but the instruments are uninspired. Although the melody does sound a lot like other songs on Tiger. The lyrics, although good, are not in the same league as the Tiger songs. So I'm all confused.
Help!

This is a topic that has been discussed ad nauseum, but yes, this is real. Why the band will never admit to this is a bit of a head scratchier. I will point out that the one line is actually, I believe, "All happy like a renegade" as that matches to the sentence below it in terms of relativity.
Also, as I'm sure you're aware, there's another version of this song out there that's a fake version. Some sad person tried to duplicate it and pass it off as genuine.

Thanks, so I got the right one then. I have the fake New Moon, Reflex and Union, but hopefully not Ragged Tiger. I also have a New Moon demo instrumental, which seems fairly low quality. I took the lyrics from from DD Wiki, and I noticed they are wrong in places. Now you mention it, it is "Im Happy like a renegade with everything to gain."
