I came across an amazing diet. The book is called the Ab Diet and I have been doing it for two weeks. It calls for eating 6 meals a day, each containing at least two items from a group of foods existing of things like whole grains, leafy greens, lean protein, eggs, oatmeal, low-fat dairy, berries, etc. Basically, it's eating healthy, but focusing on foods that stay in your system longer and take more calories to digest.
I've lost five pounds in two weeks and am full all the time.

COOL Ivy! But you're so beautiful anyway! I don't know if I've lost anymore but I haven't gotten any bigger. So that must be a good thing. Right?

Yes, I have lots of energy and thank you Denise, that was very sweet of you! I guess the key is cutting out sugar and eating food that uses more calories to digest.
Congrags Kahlua. It's a pretty easy diet to follow, isn't it. I'm loving the smoothies.
