i must ask this of my friends up north ...
do canadians really accept that crap they sell at tim hortons as acceptable bakery items? we have tim hortons going up all over the place around here and everyone loves their coffee. but everyone i have ever talked to always says "their coffee is great, but their donuts suck". i thought it was just me at first, as i am a total donut addict and lover of all things bakery. but apparently the senitment is the same, at least down here, that the crap they sell with that great coffee really sucks.
too bad, too. i mean, a 24hr drive thru?!? that's just about perfect.
*edit because my fingers cannot type correctly tonight*

Wow, I'm intrigued. I never had a crappy donut.

I don't drink coffee so I can't comment on that.. I don't buy from Tim Hortons that often, but when I do it's because I'm in the area.. I generally buy from another local donut place.. I do like your Krispy Kremes donuts though..
